3D Embroidery
3D embroidery uses raised stitching to give logos and lettering more depth and presence. It works especially well with bold artwork and structured hat shapes where the embroidery can maintain a strong, dimensional appearance.
Design Tips:
Artwork Guidelines
- Recommended element width: 3mm–12mm
- Elements below 3mm may not produce consistent raised embroidery.
- Very wide areas may require a combination of fill stitching and satin-stitch edging.
- Recommended minimum text height: 5mm
- Bold, uncomplicated artwork generally produces the strongest result.
