PVC Sonic Weld provides a clean, bonded finish similar to silicone, with the added benefit of incorporating colors and patterns directly into the material. It is best suited to five-panel hats and simpler shapes or larger text.

- Minimum detail width: 0.5mm
- Minimum text height: 5mm
- Front artwork commonly uses a 2mm raise.
- Side and back artwork commonly uses a 1.2mm raise.
- Suitable for multiple colors, gradients and photorealistic artwork.
- Works best on five-panel constructions without a front center seam.
