Screen printing applies ink directly to the hat surface, creating a clean graphic finish with strong color reproduction. It is a great option for detailed logos, distressed artwork, typography and graphics that benefit from a printed rather than stitched appearance.

- Recommended minimum detail width: 0.25mm
- Recommended minimum text height: 0.75mm
- Very fine elements may lose consistency during production.
- For artwork with gradients or many colors, heat transfer may be a better solution.
- Front-panel printing generally performs best on uninterrupted five-panel surfaces.
