Printed Seam Tape
Printed seam tape turns an interior construction detail into another branding opportunity. Repeating logos, typography or graphic artwork along the inside seams adds a custom finish that becomes visible when the hat is handled or removed.

- Recommended minimum detail width: 0.25mm
- Recommended minimum text height: 0.75mm
- For the cleanest registration, artwork should generally stay within 6mm in height.
- Taller designs can be produced but may show greater variation during production.
- Repeating patterns and simple brand marks are particularly effective.
