Silicone sonic welding bonds a molded silicone graphic directly to the hat material without visible perimeter stitching. The finished application has a clean, minimal appearance with a distinctly technical feel.

Embellishment Design Tips:
- Recommended minimum detail width: 0.5mm
- Recommended minimum text height: 5mm
- Very small molded elements may not bond reliably.
- Front logos are commonly produced with approximately a 2mm raise.
- Side and rear applications generally use a lower profile of approximately 1.2mm.
