Woven Label Patch
A woven label patch reproduces artwork through tightly woven threads before being sewn onto the hat. The fine weave allows smaller typography and detailed graphics to be reproduced more precisely than standard embroidery.

Embellishment Design Tips:
- Recommended minimum detail width: 0.25mm
- Recommended minimum text height: 1.5mm
- Extremely fine details may soften slightly during weaving.
- Keep important artwork at least 3mm inside the patch edge.
- A merrowed border can be used to create a traditional finished patch appearance.
