A screen printed patch combines the shape and presence of a traditional patch with the precision of printed artwork. It is particularly useful for designs containing small details, distressed graphics and crisp typography.

- Recommended minimum detail width: 0.25mm
- Recommended minimum text height: 0.75mm
- For gradients or artwork with many colors, consider sublimation or heat-transfer alternatives.
- Maintain approximately 3mm of clearance around the artwork when using a merrowed border.
