Felt Applique
Felt applique uses cut felt elements sewn directly onto the hat to create a soft, dimensional graphic treatment. The technique works especially well for collegiate lettering, numbers, badges and bold vintage-inspired artwork.

- Recommended minimum element width: 2.5mm
- Recommended minimum letter height: 15mm
- Large, simple shapes produce the cleanest cut edges and stitching.
- Best suited to bold lettering and graphic forms instead of intricate artwork.
