Puff Ink Screen Printing
Puff ink expands during curing to create a raised printed surface. The result has more texture and dimension than standard screen printing while retaining the graphic character of ink.
Design Tips:
Embellishment Design Tips:
- Recommended minimum element width: 2mm
- Fine lines may lose definition as the ink expands.
- Avoid highly intricate artwork and very small typography.
- Bold lettering, icons and solid graphic shapes produce the strongest raised effect.
- Front-panel applications generally work best on five-panel constructions.
